Status and Attached Douments

  1. Pre-requisites: 
    a. Select the applicable forms from the Pipeline Task list. 
    b. Complete Section A
  2. Select the Status tab at the top of the dialog box. 
    The Status dialog displays. +Use the right-side scroll bar to view and access all of the fields and check boxes.

Complete the Status tab by completing each field as required or necessary:

 

Status Tab Fields

Field Action
Report Status Select a value from the drop-down list.
Selecting a value from this list automatically populates the related By and Date fields below.
When the form is Submitted: the Supervisor (selected on tab A)  will receive an Email notification, and a task will display in their My Notifications list.
When the form is Approved: the Supervisor (selected on tab A)  will receive an Email notification, and a task will display in their My Notifications list.
When the form is Rejected: the user who created the Form initially will receive an Email notification, and a task will display in their My Notifications list. See Form Status Rules and My Notifications for details on assignments and notifications.
Report Completed By Automatically populates with the current User ID.
Report Completed Date Automatically populates with the current date.
Report Submitted By When Submitted is selected from the Status list, this field automatically populates with the current User ID.
Report Submitted Date When Submitted is selected from the Status list, this field automatically populates with the current date.
Report Approved By When Approved is selected from the Status list, this field automatically populates with the current User ID.
Report Approved Date When Approved is selected from the Status list, this field automatically populates with the current date.
Last Modified By Automatically populates with the User ID of the person making the last modification.
Last Modified Date Automatically populates with the date the report was last modified.
Report Comments Enter additional Report Comments here.
  1. When you are done filling out the Status Section, click Save.
  2. Click Yes at the confirmation prompts.
  3. Click OK at the confirmation prompts.
  4. If necessary, complete the Attached Documents tab.

 

To attach a document

Note, you must first Save the report before attempting to attach a document.

  1. Click Attached Documents tab.
  2. Below the Attached Files section, click the Attach button.
  3. Click Browse
  4. Navigate to the applicable file.
  5. Select the file and then click Open.
  6. Click OK. The file you selected is attached to the report.
  7. To open the file for review, double-click thefile title, and the file will open in a new browser window.
  8. To remove a file from the report, select thefile title, then click the Remove button. The file will be removed fromthe report.
    When you are done attaching related files, click Save.
  9. Click Yes at the confirmation prompt.
  10. Click OK at the confirmation prompt
  11. Click Close to close the report dialog.
