Data Export
Search - Finding Data for Export
Find the data you wish to export by using the search grid functionality. For this example, we are using Quick Search to search Map Layers.
Once you have your Search Results, you are able to perform filtering actions to limit the results to exactly what you wish to export.
GeoExport
Click the GeoExport button.
A dialogue box appears and will have several options
Export options are
GeoDatabase
Shapefile
Coordinate Reference System - Organized by EPSG and searchable or the user can browse through dropdown menu.
Name Field - The name of your file goes here.
Click the Export button to begin the export process.
A small popup will appear in the bottom right of the search grid window confirming the process has started.
It may take some time to process your export data request. Check the download symbol in the upper left dashboard toolbar. Once the Download is ready, a red number symbol will appear above the download dashboard toolbar button.
Download Data
Once started, check the download symbol in the upper left dashboard toolbar.

If the download is ready and appears in the downloads window, you can right-click and select one of three options.
Download - Download the GeoExport data to your local machine
Share - Share the GeoExport data with another individual.
The Share dialog box will prompt you to add a user from the dropdown or by typing in the user name.
Delete - Delete the file. This removes the file from all shared user's download windows as well. A shared user may delete the file from their downloads window without removing the file from the original user's downloads window.
